Hm...this is a pretty interesting piece, a bit hard to interpret but interesting all the same, it feels a bit like a puzzle....I am guessing the crows symbolize failure and the singing birds symbolize success or something to that effect
I love the last stanza, it seriously plays with my mind a lot I am still trying to figure out the symbolism

Man this is good. crows symbolize death but at dawn is like an awakening. Then slumber, mourning. It's really good, the wordplay. High velocity (their echoes) is like a pitched shriek. But again 'puzzling my slumber with animosity" its giving a living nightmare

I was asked to speak at a close friends funeral by his wife. When i got up i simply said the word “abundance” and walked back to my seat. Everyone was confused but his wife was crying, and later thanked me saying “that really means a lot”

i had a character that represented existential dread, and the way you knew he was coming was by a singular crow that would fly overhead. i really like this poem and the metaphor you used!! a lot of stuff is packed into only 4 stanzas, and that’s awesome. an amazing poem as alwayssss! :3 💜

Ok so when i get from this poem is death and mourning mixed with confusion and agitation about death? and no singing bird here is like no friend to console ur grieving hours? so what im getting in the 3rd stanza is that these crows not only agitate u but they haunt u in ur sleep? or is this about ur mental state?
