Beginning a walk through my dreams
to put out the fire
ravaging my mind
The rainbows dissolve -
flowing down the sewers
Waves of lost memories
caress the frost-kissed shore
I wish to remember you in light,
but no reflection can bring you back
Your star has already faded away
scattering the sky
Yet, as the journey nears its twilight,
a lake shimmers - its surface a canvas,
