Love how you called her dress armor...and the ending(last stanza was definitely not expected) by me atleast
This is just part 1, you will know more about Adonis!!! In the next one, 💗

POETICA SPOTTED
Hmm, how may I help you, stranger lady?
Bye
Farwell, may the gods bless you.
Not fair
Oh well, why are you against this unfairness? You greet me, I greet you kinder. You depart, and I wish blessings be on you.
Alright. If you say so, and continue treating your dearest friend as a stranger, be ready to face the consequences.
Regards,
Sello.
Ah, dear ma'am, my incompatibility with you has seriously maimed the general bond humans share. And with livid colours I must, in the lieu, confess the first instance of this to be a mere folly of laughs. Henceforth, I have made a severe and continuous lapse in the repayment of that opinion. But, since the world is great and my heart greater, I shall take the guilt of it and march into the night a free and calm man and leave you with my kindest regards. For that is the extent I can provide to a mere stranger. And if I must face the consequences of that aggrandized sense, I might but with a just rage and a stout face.
Kind regards,
Solyn. A stranger.
You won't look great with that look lmao
Ah, dear madam, kindly refrain from making comments on a stranger's looks.
Kind Regards,
Solyn, a stranger.
Alright, mister;
@swift mesa
This is beautifully done. I love how the piece subtly and ever so carefully adds a gentle touch of risqué without being overly at the same time. It keeps the reader hanging on for more details on what should come next. 💜
Reading Mirus comments makes me really happy, love you a lotte

This poem, September 19 strikes a delicate balance between flamboyant passion and tender irony, where images collide like bursts of color in a midnight sky
I’m particularly moved by lines like,
“She, in a white dress shirt with suspenders, wore a leather apron”
Which evoke an arresting blend of classic allure and modern audacity
The playful invocation,
“Adonis help, Adonis here, Adonis here, Adonis, Adonis…!”
This one, rings out as both a comic relief and a poignant nod to timeless desire, its echoes mingling with the soft admonition of “Can you shut it, honey?” in a way that feels both familiar and daring
Each scattered rhyme and rhythmic shift carries an emotional cadence, drawing the reader from the ethereal heights of a “wine-red lips” declaration to the unexpected twists of a “deafening silence” and the fiery spark of “BOOM! Let’s ignite the journey, loves <33”
Your words, your poem creates a landscape where vulnerability dances with irreverence, leaving us with a lingering taste of bittersweet intimacy and a promise of more untamed tales to come
Well Written 🍻
WOW, I LOVE YOUR VOCABULARY

Honestly, it's so impressive! And thanks a lot for the time <33

*Thankkk youuu!!! And you cooked

thanx for highlighting
what exactly is this?
i'm confused
it seems different from the rest
and what exactly is "the voice" ?
as for the good, the flow is very good
the poem itself has a sensual background to it which i believe is the intention
It's part 1 and you will know about the voice in the upcoming ones
*It's part 1 and you

(it's me, the writer, speaking with you all)
i see
@sturdy fox
(One experimental piece)
Let me say its not just a poem
I could literally feel as if a movie or a musical was going on and narrater was hinting me what to expect next.
From the imagery to the dialogues i liked it all, specially the part “Adonis help, Adonis here, Adonis here, Adonis, Adonis…!”
Personal opinion:-
you could write something a little more serious then Boom honey while narrating lol but it made it more hilarious so it’s your own creation
well penned 🖊
DON'T MAKE ME CRY... I WANTED IT TO BE CINEMATIC
😭 love you mannnn

Lol alrightz,
Thank you zeeee
@dapper saffron it may not meet your expectations, but go on
