I dreamt of a tree
It was a very beautiful tree
The sun was shining
And the waters so blue

I felt like a soul that just met its match
What a wonderful world this is, there can't be no catch
I felt a warmth that felt like no other
Until I saw everyone without thunder
It felt really beautiful

Once I woke up and lost it all
No hope and no light, it felt like I wanna fall
I just want to go back, not this place no more
Please let me be, and don't wake me anymore

A really strong poem! The middle and the ending are very good written, I'm a fan of them!

Though I would say the first stanza doesn't really match the flow of the other ones.
