I really like the feeling of hopelessness that I get when reading. You see it very well, especially in the last 2 stanzas where you see the disconnect, the disobedience of the body and the lingering fear, knowing that it will happen again. Also I like the way you describe the situation. Line 3 for example, i like the feeling of claustrophobia i get when imagining the situation. Also "the air too thick to breathe" is a line a like a lot because of the image it creates in head. I think overall it is a very well written peom
