How different are dreams from reality
If we were all sleeping would we notice
Is it because its all fake
Is it really
Some people lucid dream
Then the lines between dreams and reality blur
Dreams are ideals
Dreams are fears
Dreams are all that happens in the human mind
Dreams are what we wish to be
Dreams are what we are
They are what we fear
Dreams are human imagination at its best
But in Dreams you can wake up
From Nightmares you can leave
In life you cannot
You can only face that which is infront of you
Sometimes when you dream you wake despite not wanting to
And sometimes in life you are dragged out of peace
Left to wonder what is next
What is left to do
Sometimes youre left wondering if you can go on
But in dreams when things get too frighting you wake up
You say oh it was just a dream
But what if dreams were reality
What of the terrors of the night became true

This has a very diaristic feel to it. The style is quite reminiscent of trance-writing. Its nice although in some places there are minor typos like "diffrent" in 1st line and "youre" in another. Also, you can make these lines more impactful by using punctuations really well!!
