Percieved (my first love poem!!)

Perceived
He’s the sun, I’m the moon
He shines like the month of June
And I hide like it’ll rain soon

His affection, radiant and coherent
Whispering with his light, I can hear it
Kissing with his shine, I can feel it

If an eclipse dawns upon on us
You’ll be behind, I’ll be up front
The universe can’t forsake our trust

I’d pain for you not to go away
You radiated my entire life’s pain
I adore our devoted love in fain

Trysts between a chaste kiss
Reawakening my forgotten bliss
Your lasting love is all I wish
You’re too much to me to resist

Since that one day we perceived
The sun and moon first believed
Their affection shall be achieved

The use of qualifiers and the naturalistic touch are impressive, as is the force with which the sensitive words are pronounced, strengthening the sincere, romantic meander in each instance, endowed with its own vivid conviction.

Where each verse outlines an authority on its own axis, once again gratifying and juxtaposing the validations of love through a more than sincere gaze - so much so that we don't see the poetic diminution, but rather its refinement.

I like how, being your first poem, there is already a maturity in the use of the right vocabulary, so that the words, instead of hurting - as is common in dramatic beginnings - comfort us. It's really, really great.
