The feeling of being lost/isolated shows in this poem. Or at least how I interpret that when she's not around, he doesn't feel present anywhere at all.

I may be overthinking this, but it's as if like there's an exchange of dialogues in this passage:

well it's a dialogue poetry that comes under dramatic poetry..
dialogue poetry is a type of poetry where the poem is written as a conversation between two or more characters..
poetry has different forms it's up to you what you adapt .. that's what i think
poetry is a form through which you can convey your feelings to the readers.. so am not fixed to a specific type you have readed my most of the pieces here so you already know that
