i love the imagery you paint with your words. each line contributes to creating an overall atmosphere of . resignation, i guess? that was the word that came to mind. i love this poem, especially that last line. very well done bro bro

But surley you were inspired by something. Obv it can come from your own mind but i too get inspired a lot. So is there anything you got inspired by to write this? İt feels very familiar (in a good way)

uh not really, the first line randomly came to me and then came "the garden of forking paths" i was gonna build it around my god complex and inferiority complex but in the moment of writing it, it just made sense to steer it into what it is now
