I can't lie, i'll say the truth
If i were you
I'd probably choose her over me, too

She's the epitome of beauty
She's a dream come true 
But i can't help wonder
Does she love you like I can?
Does she love you like I do?

Do you hold her hands when they are cold
Do you comfort her within your hold
Is she all your affluence, is she all your gold
Is she your loss of self-control
Is she the one, who knows about you what you've never told

Before her, to you, was love only a myth? 
Is she the one you pray to grow old with?
Is she ‘the one’? The mother of your children, the mother of your kids

I won't lie, i'll say the truth
If i were you
Id probably want her not me, too

But i can't help wonder
If my skin was fair
If my eyes were blue
If i had blonde hair
Could you have loved me too?

Could my untold ‘i love yous’ and my unsent letters have a voice
Or is your hate for me beyond appearance? Is it God's choice?

Is this divine fate
Is this divine destiny
Was i destined to feel your hate, in exchange
While i love you, inevitably

Was it fate? Your disdain
A love transaction one- sided and unfair

The day i was born, the autumn leaves stormed,
Did they know?

If i don't lie if i say the truth 
It feels like everybody already knew
Like i was born indebted to life and the price i have to pay is loving you

I love this so much, thank you!! autumn leaves is actually intended metaphorically because I was born in autumn, so it felt like everything was predestined as you said, as if even the nature around me knew my fate before I lived it yet. The fate of having a one-sided love.
