I found myself in a blissful clearing,
Wind makes me unsure of what I’m hearing,
The sky above holds natures mirror,
Displaying images that make me wither,
Daylight disguises the tears in my eyes,
Kindly so - muffling my cries,
After some time in the west it has set,
Invading my mind; that day we met.
Silently I grasp the remote so firmly,
It nearly breaks as I play my termly
Time of broken breathing and choke,
On regretful rapture in all this smoke,
Reflections that only the night can see,
But at least the moon, is here with me,
It holds me close as she once did,
For that feeling I would surely bid,
My worthless life repeatedly,
If it meant that she could be here with me.
