**02:30 in the morning
my eyes have lost their sparkle

02:30 in the morning
my life will also
lose its meaning

02:30 in the morning
I'm still awake
listening to the noises of the streets

02:30 in the morning
my body falls asleep,
while my mind visits a distant time

At 02:30 in the morning
I was dreaming
of something meaningless

It's 02:30 in the morning
and everything makes too much sense
for me to fall asleep

Finally, 05:30 in the morning, time to pretend to others that at 2:30 in the morning, I was sleeping.**

Reading this gives a sense of monotony and despair, with the restlessness of the mind during the early morning hours when everyone is asleep. When the body and mind cry out for rest, it is noticeable that there is a certain mental hyperactivity, such as anxiety appearing and taking over one's entire being. The repetition of the time 02:30 in the morning in each stanza gives the sensation that time is not passing, as if one is stuck in that moment, and at the same time, as if all these thoughts and events are occurring in a short period but seem to last an eternity.
02:30 in the morning
my body falls asleep,
while my mind visits a distant time

It is as if the body and mind are in a constant struggle for control, where the body has already lost the battle, seeking rest, and the mind continues to work and teleport to distant moments, bringing more disturbance and prevent complete rest.
Finally, 05:30 in the morning, time to pretend to others that at 2:30 in the morning, I was sleeping.
Finally, this part, having to pretend to the world, to wear the mask of "I'm fine," so that everything doesn't get worse. Amazing poem!

I loved this! So deep and intense. I relate to wearing a mask and then going back to me just all deflated. I hope the best. ❤️

The way u repeated the phrase "02:30 in the morning", emphasizes the frustration of being awake at that hour

#

and the line "my body falls asleep, while my mind visits a distant time" is like feeling disconnected from the world

#

and the ending, "Finally, 05:30 in the morning, time to pretend to others that at 2:30 in the morning, I was sleeping," kinda reveals a sense of loneliness and isolation😭

Wow this is a hyper realistic yet painful portrayal of insomnia 😭😭😭❤️❤️
