Looking down, ink-black hair pools
as deep as their empathy-well.
They dip their pen once more
to dance among lines of convictions:
Compassion, Sorrow, and Joy.
Integrity is a tool best honed
with maintenance and forethought,
but They are practical, a defender
of the means to push beyond
the boundaries of status quo.
