Their love story unfolds in erotic delight,
As friends turned lovers, their future bright.

In the symphony of desire, they surrender,
As friends turned lovers, their bond tender.
In the echoes of love, they find peace,
Their journey from friendship to love will never cease.

The line i like the most is “through whispered confessions and tender caress” bc of how evocative it is, but the next line confused me, “their friendship deepens, no need to confess”
i have to say this poem does a lot of “telling” and not “showing”, we don’t get to know anything about the lovers, the spark between them, or the scene that this happens in. you have great word choice like “Symphony of desire” and “dance of passion”. i’d recommend reading & writing more to challenge yourself-i’m sure you’ll make a great poet! đŸ€
