I disagree with this, the reason why it is strict is to protect minors and keep a happy community

Tbf i think this would split the community, and I like that his place is being kept free of any toxicity or swearing. It creates a very wholesome area without any bad players

If we split it for 13-18 and 18-XX off-topic is going to be split and poems with swear words wouldnt be accessible to minors

This place is about poetry mainly, so I think its current iteration regarding swear words is healthy imo

Even though I had to fix my speech patterns a lot, due to my habitual use of words that are tagged as swear words here

I think using swear words in poems is really unprofessional anyway

If your poem is about s*x, you could make it work, but I think for most people it only leads to an imposed self-limit on creativity

Besides, poems aside, it could lead to some toxic behavior in general here, which isn't something we should allow to happen
