Damn, I really liked the poem, and it's very figurative, which doesn't make it easy to read, but I like it. I think what I could do is just make it a little more expressive without the air of great mysteries for someone who understands less, but I I love your type of poem and I really liked it

thanks for checking it out. You are right that its very figurative. I had a poem from a while ago that was very literal and said exactly what i felt. This poem is a reconstruction of that, where i tried to describe it all without actually saying it

This poems imagery is quite lovely to be honest. The paradoxical choice of "cold morning light" to " " are warm" is an interesting choice for this poem. I love your use of hyphens Jordan(my names jordan too lol)
