Emerged the devilry
From the river's thessaly
As the sand becomes one with the wind
And the pillars glass

Fined columns
Rumble and savor the dust
A claim of light
The sweetness of the fallen
From the shatter

The sunset, gray as argentite
As is now orange as the flame
When once quelled
Rejoiced with it, now beating
In a vivid heat.

I think taking out "are" in the last line of the first stanza would make it cooler

I love "beating in a vivid heat", that's great imagery and its satisfying to pronounce
