Hello. What's the difference between these two, if I'm not making a question?
Example:
By this I am intrigued.
By this am I intrigued.

I thought there is no difference, but google says there is, and 2nd version is incorrect. Is that so?

I feel like the second version sounds archaic. "To him am I indebted." I wouldn't use it unless you're going for something antiquated in feel.

"Am I" is only used in questions nowadays.
