Stardust.
I m streched thin
It’s not like I can win
When the world has turned upside down
And my lips have created a frown
I’ll turn on my tv
To see the world in glee
But the bubbles bubble up into a cloud
That won’t stop raining down
As I lay down
I can’t help but feel stretched thin
Like stardust I’m scattered
As if life doesn’t matter
I’m just a ripple in the wave
Like flowers in the sea
It’s not like I can be anymore than me
And what am I but I a piece of stardust?
So I’ll turn on my tv
As I watch the world burn and see
Everything scattered
Like stardust in the galaxy
The pebble I call home will soon be gone as I slow
Down my thoughts
and go crazy
Then rot
But I am but sand on this pebble
And this pebble rests on a mountain
I am just a piece of stardust amongst the stars
Even if the fire burns
It’s only a spark
From the mountain
A fleck of red
In a sea of dark purple
