I like the overall gist and the usage of the word "hireath" which is a sort of longing and sorrowful feeling, but it's kind of wordy. More concision in lines like:

"Even if your heart doesn't get fluttered by their single interaction! "

Feel like you could say the same thing with more impact and less verbiage. Something along the lines of:

"Can you still call it love?
If your heart lays still at the feel of them, the breath of them"
