Damn I am speechless, i can't even describe this in words. You wrote things down so beautifully it's almost like a perfect poem. This poem of yours covers a very deep topic with very delicate words. I would give this a solid 9/10, since there's always some room for improvement.

OMG so I love poem that are the way this one is — high amounts of metaphors, a sort of riddle to pick apart. Firstly, the themes of mortality are great, and any poem that talks about nature is sure to be incredible in my eyes. The way the last line leads back to the first line is also incredible and I wish I could think of things like that —. Literally this is how I wish I wrote, it’s so powerful in so few words, and it’s one of those pieces that fills you with an emotion you can’t describe, a thickness like molasses that suddenly evaporates in the final lines.
Also the way you like command the readers attention is incredible and I’ve never read a poem that does it as well as you. I would love to become your friend so we could send each other poetry to edit at some point???
