If you've never wrote a poem and you want it to be a standard rhyming one, you can start from finding one that you'll like or a song you like (preferably one with simple rhythm and structure) and think of your own words you could put into that poem's/song's rhythm.

Try to feel the rhythm, you can hum it and then try to put words that express your feelings into it.
