the feeling of my soul

through my thoughts
floating… away from everyone
where no one can disturb
lives my soul, that God will guard

that which makes me myself
forever loved in my heart

my feeling, my intuition and my thoughts
will always show me the right path
i feel it on my heart, i see it in my mind
it is a pure feeling of clarity and truth

this feeling points me to the right path
and lets me bypass the wrong, false
and unnecessary things in my life

my soul is safe in my mind
and will be left alone by the things
i need to leave out of my life

away from any falsity, away from all evil
my soul will be able to evolve
towards its true nature

his work is super unique I love it! usually it feels very philosophical and kind to me? It goes REALLY well with a lot of common themes that may be more sad or eccentric at a glance! But it's super interesting huh? AND they translated from dutch - I'm amazed at how good his devices are both pre and post translation

yeah i dont wanna go pointing fingers but a lot of the poems in this event felt a bit complicated, not that it's a bad thing. Dont get me wrong. They're just aimed at a different audience. But this poem i feel like can be understood by a wider range of audience. I love its simple yet philosophical theme

Wow. Simply wow. That just makes these poem even more impressive. Like not only do you have to translate these, but u have to do so in a way that the final product appeals to the audience. I take it that you've been at this for quite some time correct?

I started writing poems last year

but I dont write them very often

Which is why i've only composed 4 poems so far
