Haven’t read it yet but I’m already impressed by your grammar with the time you had.

#

Awwwww thank you!

#

I try hard with my grammer to make it real goodly

Wonderful! The idea of the past recollection where there was lushness is love!

#

It's about writer's block, eh?

paper ridge
#

Thank you! A lot of my poems have recollection as a device to facilitate thought!

#

Yup!

#

Our poems touch a lot of the same themes but the passage of time and the erosion of forests is a very interesting idea. Especially with the metaphor of being tapped for ideas. I’m from Appalachia where the mountains have slowly been eroding for millions of years. So the idea hits close to home!

It's not only about the desert but how the abundant ideas have now deserted you

Yup! I was thinking, "What if one day I finish writing? Like, I'm giving it all I've got... What if one day, there's nothing left?"

#

Thank ya! A lot of my poems hide meanings inside of titles or reference the last line!

#

You should read my darkest night poem, that one does it super well!

#

But that's for later

#

I do believe it's your turn!

keen beacon
#

Oh! I didn't notice the last line hint. That's smart
