Hi, I encountered a bug where my character died immediately after logging back into the server.
I logged out while safely lying in a bed inside a house. There was no movement, no danger, and no reason to take damage.
After logging back in, I was instantly greeted with the death screen.
Cause of death: "You died from a fall."
There was no visible reason for fall damage:
indoors
safe position (bed)
no height difference
This looks like a possible position or collision issue on login, where the character might be slightly offset and takes fall damage instantly.
Environment:
Multiplayer server
No mods
Server time continues when no players are online
Steps to reproduce (potential):
Lie down in a bed inside a building
Log out
Log back in
Character may die instantly from fall damage
Additional:
I don’t have logs for this, but I’ve attached a screenshot of the death screen.
