can you share the whole log from her PC? it'd be here, your filepath might be similar:
Yep!
what driver you have installed for your GPU? if you're on 595.59 you might need to rollback, that driver is causing a LOT of problems
nvm.. I see it shows you're on 591.86... A dev might have to take a look at this, I'm not sure
Am I reading it right; 8gb 2070 + 8gb of RAM?
That violation error can be attributed to running out of system memory
Not always but that address is basically saying it can't access your RAM to reserve more space (pretty confident on this)
What settings is she running and can you run the Steam Overlay stats while she plays
Itll show both vram and RAM usage
You should still see rhe graph chart when the UE screen pops up too
She's on medium and has 16gb of system ram
shows 16gb for me in his report
you could try increasing your page file size, that's worked for a few people in the past
Oh I probably misread that line (on mobile)
Your pagefile is currently only 4gb, you could double or even triple this easily, probably. #1449901453492617287 message
on my low end old laptop I have it set to like 20gb 😄
Hmm it was set to automatic, I just changed it to 16gb
It's normal for it to be default automatic
You typically WANT windows to handle it but in cases like running databases you need to adjust it so you have less worries about performance
Disable XMP or any RAM overclocking in your BIOS
that crash didnt even show a crash screen
that log doesn't have a crash as far as I can tell... I'm not expert or anything but I'm leaning on it being a hardware issue. Do other games play fine?
