Well, if it was the Black Bear Road it might (IYKYK). But hitting zombies on the road does wonders for your chassis.
Not sure why your cars are breaking down quickly mine actually last a good long time. Are you beating the hell out of them running into things?
Mine run fine
Same, cars so fragile!
Then drive better
I made a test and installed a 75% health chassis and drove only a few blocks without hitting anything at all and it was already down to 60%. The rest of the car parts seems to be depleting at a normal rate but I think the chassis needs to be fixed.
It's kind of a known thing that the chassis part wear down pretty fast. I think the devs are aware of it and plan to balance it at some point. If you need car parts hit up David's Auto Parts in Dennemora. I have collected practically a warehouse of new parts from there so it's something I never worry about. David restocks the place almost weekly even though he's a zombie. Now that's dedication 😄
Where’s that?
Isn’t that that small garage I’ve seen on the outskirts of town?
The blue building right in the middle next to the road (not the building I am at the one to the left of it)
Yep
The road between dannemora and the island
Is that red or brown?
That color is coppery bronze
Yeah I like that color sadly there's no spray paint to match it so if you find one that color keep it
Well I’m looking for a red car
Well red enforcer
Or red spray paint and steel wool
That Color is called Dark Mesa Brown Metallic by Chevrolet BTW
There's red and dark red spray paint
The dark red seems to be extremely rare
These are the available spray paint colors
Interesting
Well I can’t pant the car with those unfortunately
Why not?
I’ll keep looking but if I catch find any I’ll jus take that one
Sure you can
You can paint most cars any one of those spray paint colors
Thats what steel wool is for, strips paint off a car, then use spray paint
You can't paint box trucks or the flatbed ones, but cars you can
I paint all my vehicles 😛
Where do I find those two things
Blegh lambo
auto parts store.
Also just found one lmao
Try the auto parts store, after that, random garages and sheds for paint
God damn it it doesn’t have a key
Make sureyou have gloves on..."That's what SHE said!"
Pick the lock, replace the lock, voila.. a key
Im talking about in the ignition
Vehicles are Uni-keyed I believe.. if you replace the lock, the ignition changes too. Cranky?
Odd lol
But how do you get the key?
When you change the lock you get a key automatically in inventory. First though, take all keys off you so you only have "That" key on you. Then rename the key so you know it's for that vehicle, unless you just want to leave it in the ignition.
Same way, menu should say install lock (have lock in your inventory)
Hmmm, good question... lockpicking vs electrical skill? Not sure.
Well I mean it makes great skill grinding
Yeah I know. Doesn't make sense to me either. It's annoying having a car that says "Hotwired" all the time when I've made a lock for it.
Honestly as long as a vehicle isn’t my main vehicle seeing Hotwired is fine
