I used to be an avid player of this game, but took a break for a month or two. Came back today to play it, and the scaling is way off. Everything is zoomed in, and Im unable to click on anything or even navigate to settings to try and fix the issue. Ive uninstalled, reinstalled, verified game files, and troubleshot every thing I could think of.

try going into the game files and deleting GameUserSettings.ini. that will revert all the settings to default, your filepath might be similar:
