A few suggestion for the hotbar as currently it's pretty awful.
Should be able to drag and item to any hotkey you want. Currently if you want at hotkey one, you have to remove all proceeding items and add re-add them.
Hotkeys for items should not decrease by one, if for example item 1 breaks.
Have a the icon and health bar appear when item health/fuel/battery is dangerously low.
Lantern should be a Utility that you can strap to your side.

You can sort without having to remove them all and re-add them... just drag and drop them in your inventory.
it's a bit clunky though and it's almost easier to just remove and re-add 😄

Took me a while to figure out what you meant. There are little numbers beside the list. What an awful counterintuitive design. I would have never figured that out.
