I don't know much about playing on the steam deck, and how you can catch any errors. Might have to wait and see if the devs see this and has any other feedback for you 😢
on the game selection screen in steam, tap on the gear icon and see if there is a "browse local files" from there just search for the log folder
I dunno how the steam deck works but maybe it similar
This is all I see
darn.. let me google
Maybe if I switch to desktop mode. Let me try
is a little different: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AG0I7lsGyUs
To locate where a Steam game is installed on your Steam Deck, follow these steps:
Switch to Desktop Mode:
Press the Steam button, go to “Power,” and select “Switch to Desktop.”
Open the File Manager:
Open the Dolphin file manager (the blue folder icon).
Navigate to the Game Files:
Go to /home/deck/.local/share/Steam/steamapps/compatdat...
Idk what I’m looking at
These are the game files
just follow this path: #1441399921378066513 message
so in this pic, click on vein
What do I do when I find the log files?
hmm, lol.... can you open discord on that steam deck?
saved
yep! just send the newest one
are you able to copy it and paste it in the discord?
The one that just says vein.log?
yep, that one should be fine
I’ll try. If I can copy paste to discord where do I need to paste it
Right here is perfect
Wont let me paste it here

I’m downloading it now.
I did some googling. And was able to get into the game finally!
Had to open up the files in the game from desktop mode and delete the whole config folder
oh nice! gameusersettings? lol
Idk what that means
But That folder was full of all the saved crash reports
no worries... glad you got it fixed!
Ty for all your help 🥺🫡
