ACTUALY ALL WALLS CAN BE JUMPED BY PLAYERS, SO BASES NEED SOME PLAYER DEFENSE AGAINST PLAYER JUMPING WALLS

I haven't done much building personally, but i think you can build walls on top of each other. it would be pretty difficult to have to pile a bunch of stuff against a wall to climb it.
