I think rust use to or still does have nudity not sure but, honestly I think it would be pretty cool for this game, think of the potential for roleplaying purposes, like if you wanted to rebuild civilization or have children with other players or future NPCs in game to repopulate your world and start wars I think a lot of content creators would love to make their own stories outa this game, imagine fighting not just players but survivor groups of NPCs building borders around towns building houses in game hiring NPCs to build etc.
but it should be added for zombies not just players or npcs bc if your character turns it should be a naked zombie
