Most TVs by 2020 are a smart TV that supports YouTube and other various streaming services, obviously streaming services aren't so able because of copyrights and what not, but being able to import a YouTube link to watch a video with the homies would be a cool feature

I think being able to add videos to a folder and then being able to find the DVD of them, so you can get a full set. Much like the NOTLD that's already in the game.

That would be cool but would require all parties to have the same videos in a multiplayer session I imagine

Ah, I only play single player but yeah syncing it would be tough

how about a system that allows you to input a youtube link. that could work into play with car radios, radios, and tvs. sitting at your house watching a youtube video, or listening to music on youtube or spotify on the radio or in your car

#

fivem and stuff have them systems 🙂

Diss said on stream that he wanted to do this

#

but what's stopping them from putting corn onscreen for all the children to watch?

#

and that's why he didn't (or is looking for a solution)

a disclaimer, that this is user made content, and by using mods the developers are in no way responsible for the use of them. just a basic weaver disclaimer. kids arent supposed to be playing this game anyways. but that disclaimer that the user has to agree to before playing the game, will void all negative shit from the devs. as if someone complains, you can refer them to the disclaimer they agreed to upon playing

that won't stop them

#

...because some of them cant/won't read

#

if anything, server setting

Even then, it legally covers them. The user accepts it when they launch the game. Acknowledging that upon launching the game, mods being user made and how they’re used and what they’re used for, the developers are not responsible. And the player would have to agree to continue playing. Therefor they waiver any rights to sue or complain.

Not saying it’ll stop people playing silly shit. But it’ll stop the devs getting sued and so on.
