Hiking backpack but 340lbs is more like an average American on your back 😅
Right lol.
Where is that located at?
I'm not entirely sure myself but apparently there is one
Oh ok tyvm
For anything not spawning in world on a server, you can be the host or be on singleplayer & spawn items in, such as being the bigger bag i believe but I agree with Six there as asking for bigger bags will just keep asking for bigger ones than what is already in the game & there should be restrictions to the carry amount as having as it is nearly 100% of strength & a gym bag you're character can already carry up to 275 - 300 lbs max & that is saying a lot
The hiking backpack is located in the upper left part of the map. There is a huge lake and the cave to find it is on the bottom left side of the lake. There is a pick ax there as well as camping gear and things to mine.
Iam sure the devs will make it more realistic. 80lbs is even a ton to carry. Fight zombies. Jump ect.
The hiking backpack is perfectly fine. Weight management gets much easier once you start thinking about what a soldier/survivor would ACTAULLY carry in a post-apocalyptic event.
These characters are based off civilians
Hence civilian jobs / traits.
80lbs is kinda the max someone is gonna carry around
If we’re shooting for realistic survival sim
The reason Iam stuck on 80lbs is because I personally carry around 80lbs of tools all day as a heavy duty mechanic. I can tell you without a doubt that after 8 hours of that your body doesn’t like it
Also for theses soldiers they carry 80lbs combined armour. Weapons and pack
Dunno why yall think someone could carry 300lbs in any kind of backpack
Sure, but over time they would become experienced and stronger. Even a civilian can think like a Soldier if the need arises.
I have cerebral palsy but my Mom had a Military partner for a few years.
Iam saying Bodies in general cannot manage much past 80lbs. Soldier or not. I also don’t know why every references soldiers and their carrying capacity anyway. Firefighters carry just as much and do their job in smoke and flames.
I do a ton of hiking and we carry 25% of our body weight as a rule of thumb for maximum carry weight. I tend to hike 6-8 hours. And my 25% is roughly 45lbs max. By the end of the hike that 45lbs feels like 300
