Maybe on an unconscious player or NPC and only if you have a perk/medical skill. Hitting a vein to inject an air bubble takes some training and steadiness

Last I heard injecting an air bubble wasn't fatal except for a couple spots like the heart.

Technically it can be depending on where it goes/how much air it can act like a clot but I don’t think any of this would matter in a reanimated corpse…
