Bubble Movement

Place Soul Sand and/or Magma Block underwater and walk in it. The movement modifications are not accurate with vanilla. I will try to list all issues I was able to observe:

• Push and pull too slow - atp I can just swim up and down by myself lol
• Movement is slowed down too much
• You stop every few seconds - desync?
  and probably more
