Fair warning, this can be a slog and a lot to keep up with. Replacements are hard to find, so a person leaving is generally game over.

So the basis is Frankendraz. The idea is that everyone drafts 6 factions, and builds their faction from those factions' components.
Flexi-franken gives you points to "buy" extra components

I made flexi franken yeah, but it's takes a lot of elements from frankendraz (the draft format we'll be using) and overdraft (in regular draft, you keep everything)
