Pacing is one turn p/day, but some players are new so they take longer sometimes.
The situation is an immediate crisis, followed by a good position if you can navigate it. Nekro made a play for your HS (most probably a prelude to war in this position), and the previous player spent a token on building up ground forces to retake it next round (currently they're coexisting on HS). Ral Nel is looking to extort you for TGs while you're vulnerable, but you still have plenty of fleet - if you can pull through, you've been keeping up in VP tempo with the middle of the pack, and have Crimson Alliance with plenty of tech (on top of 25 TGs).
