@deep kiln sorry this is the ranked version of TI and I dont think you have a rank yet, there are lots of unranked games being created that might be a better place to start!

There are games that are unranked which you win to get a TIGL rank and then you move up from there, so you would win an unranked game and become a minister then win a minister game to become an agent and so on and so forth so unranked games are where you would get that first rank, does that make sense?

They just have to be labeled as TIGL unranked

Unranked are still ranked matches you just have to win one to play at the higher ranks, basically the lowest rank is unranked and you move up from there
