Our player went missing, and we want to finish in few days. Happened second time. Waiting whole day for move is good for slower tempo, we want round a day.
Also player left without a warning and before there were some communication issues. If we won't change fast, it might kill our game.

I can sub in if you don't mind the time difference. I start my day around right now.
For TIGL I believe there is a required time the player needs to be non-responsive before they can be replace though and it needs mod approval. That's just what I've seen in the past.
