<@&1166011604488425482> it says I am at my game cap but I am currently in a game as a replacement player, I thought this wouldn't violate the game cap limit? Otherwise, I wouldn't have signed up to be a replacement.

I thought the whole point to being a replacement player is that it didn't count against your game limit

So now we have a limit.  We'll usually grant an instant exception if you're at the limit and you want to start a private game.  We won't if you're above the limit (via previous exception or replacement game).  Even if one of your existing games is a private game, we're not as motivated to let you have another game with strangers as we are to let you teach your friends the activity or to let you play an almost synchronous game with friends.
We might still grant the exception, if you explain why it's not a big risk this time.  What are your current games like in terms of pace and ruleset? What rounds are they in?  What has your experience been so far, emotionally?  Without any of that information it's a non-starter.  If you summon us and ask for an exemption and there's no special circumstances and you provide no reasoning, the answer's going to be no.```

I mean my first game is halfway through not due to my delay. My most recent game is stuck because 2 players arguing. We had a deserter that just got filled and then my replacement game is going strong. I finished a game for a nomad player for the final 2 rounds. Got him 3 vps before the game ended.

All 4 currently are base+pok+te. All milty 7/7

I think we've had 20+ replacements due to mega quits so far this year. If we had fewer people doing the bad thing we'd be looser about the limits

In the other game we are in, he is quick on responses. Probably the second fastest behind me. Takes his turn timely and seems fine. All i can offer from our game.

Oh and that game had to have a replacement player due to someone dropping out with rage quit
