In a nucleus draft, there are 4 picks instead of 3. Systems beside MR and the equidestants are fixed on the map before the draft. So a slice ends up as the 3 systems adjecent to your home. The picks are faction, slice, seat (home system position), and round 1 strategy phase order

I suggest making your own post with TIGL unranked in the title for standard games or TIGL fractured (unranked is assumed) for non standard
