So it is up to the table to decide, bans are in the grey area, more benevolent in non-hero games,
But it will be frown upon in Hero games. Because there to rank up you need to collect 5 hero prestige ranks to rank to GT1 amd then reset and go again for another 5 different heroes you haven't collected yet.
