Our L1 had some beef with another player above the table, and some beef on the board with a lot of people.
We have people in the game who are new-ish to either the game or async. And the pace has varied from superfast to fast to pretty relaxed.
The position is fine... going into round 6 you have 7 points, and 2 unscored secrets that have been cycled. You're not a breakout and the table has been fairly chill. 3 stage 2's that seem doable to me. Tech color of choice is blue... I think you just handed cybernetic enhancements to Muaat through diplomatic pressure.

On an unrelated note, I am in your slice because I was a little annoyed at the previous player. Up to the new player how they want to handle it, I have been pretty cool all game.

Oh, and we're doing swords to plowshares, there's a politics rider on against💪
@latent mist just to check, do you know how to play?
TI4? yes. L1? not at all
no invite me to the server plss
Thanks for the replacement @latent mist 🙏
About the position, your plans, the best course of action and the faction in general maybe
I won't go into the beef here, no point in that.
As for the game, you're in a fine position (technically second in scoring tempo) but the stage 2 objectives are pretty rough. Should be able to score one of your secrets, you might want to swap the other with the mecatol ability
The player in the lead does need to be stopped and it seems like no one else is willing or able to do so
Whyd you take scanlink instead of sarween?
Three reasons;
- I took it quite late in the game, mainly as a way to get to upgraded dreads, at that point explores could be more impactful than the few resources sarween would save
- the slice is quite rich, so the saved resources from sarween would be less impactful
- to try to find fragments to score the secret objective to purge two relic fragments, which it did. That's how I was able to score at least one secret
ahhhh i see
