I think Mat or whoever started it did it that way because they still wanted to explore PoK stuff? But I don't have a preference either way

I haven't played nearly enough PoK to throw TE ontop aswell - also TE seems like injecting the game with steroids which usually is a need you get after playing it plentiful 😄

Yeah the only thing I miss without TE is the breakthroughs, but to have them you have to have everything else lol

I honestly believe the only reason people need the breakthrough to make factions better is because the meta is boatfloat. War factions are underwhelming when you don't go to war - unsurprisingly 😄
