Unify the Colonies (6 planets with the same trait) being counted incorrectly

I'm in pbd16351 and Unify the Colonies just flipped. It's saying I have 4/6, but I only have 2 planets that share a trait. I do have The Triad, Mecatol Rex, and Thunder's Edge. But it still seems like something is wrong. Am I missing a rule, or is the bot counting them incorrectly?
