Little feature/bug with age of fighters where the fighter 2s don't actually have capacity.
Most of the time it's a fairly non issue since the capacity is only for ground forces and it's easy to track that manually, but the bot gets all upset when those ground forces stay in the sky and continuously prompts to remove units due to capacity issues.

I'm sure it isn't worth coding in the handling of ground force only capacity to the fighters, but wanted to raise the issue in case there's an simple way to handle this case.
