Slices and Speaker order Milty draft. Reverse Speaker order determines Faction picks. So whoever takes 8th/4th gets fist pick of whatever factions their Alliance wants to play. 7th/3rd get 2nd faction pick, 6th/2nd get 3rd factions and 5th/Speaker get last pick of which pair of factions they want to play.
We can either do the standard 10-14 or a combined 24pt?
