TIGL is Twilight Imperium Global League. It's a ranking system (Commander+ means that the game would be to commanders or higher ranks). If you are interested, there's a thread here in the main Hub to have more info.
Milty is the form of the draft and 7/7 is the number of faction and slices
Fast (under 2,5 avg) is the average turn time of the player. Here I'd like player to be under 2,5 hours average turn time
