Both can be done. Typical Milty draft is 3 round snake draft with factions, map slices, and speaker/position. If you want to allow everyone to pick factions from the whole pool but still draft slices, I'd probably recommend doing the full Milty draft and having it give 25 options for factions so that they're all there.

But if you wanted to use a prebuilt map or something and pick factions, there are ways to set that up too instead of a draft.

Yeah, you can ban or prioritize certain factions. Just doesn't guarantee someone doesn't pick them before you 🙂

I've mostly only ever played TTS or tabletop irl, so this will be new. We could run say, a 12 faction pool?

'game add' command canceled. Game name 'making' is not valid. Execute command in correctly named channel that starts with the game name. For example, for game pbd123, the channel name should start with pbd123-
